Join us on this mission if you are a US Licensed Architect who has:

• A professional degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of architecture experience working on all phases of a single project
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and construction documentation
• Construction Administration experience, including field observation
• LEED Well and/or Passive House accreditation

Duties include:

• Defending BIG’s design intent throughout all phases
• Reporting to the Partner-in-Charge
• Communication with Client & Consultant team
• Production of contract documents
• Management and mentorship of team members

Essential skills:

• Manage client
• Team and project coordination of consultant team
• Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials
• Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to help resolve complex technical and design challenges

Base Compensation: $97,000 - $130,000 annually
(The salary offered will be based on the length and relevance of the candidate's work history and the skills developed through their professional experiences.)
